Although you may not yet know what you want to major in, which department or program at MIT appeals to you and why?
As of now, I would probably say that course 18 and course eight are my tentative fields of study. Course 18 appeals to me because of the passion I have for math, and the multiple pathways that are available under this topic. Course 8 offers astrophysics as a subtopic to physics. As a kid, I would gaze up to the stars and wonder about the mysteries of the cosmos. So by coming here and studying within this tight-knit group of people, I can find a home, where everyone has open arms.
